In general Georgians always need code of conduct , so that we learn. We have lack of it, of course. We lack the culture of governance, not because we are less gifted than others. We have very little practical experience, little expereince, thus, as soon we become more mannerred and will adopt many more norms that we will than take into account (Georgians have tendency to adopt laws but often we do not take them into consideration) and as faster we get used to it - how to behave in the parliament, and in the streets. So that what happenned in Kortskheli won't be repeated - It will be much better, and we will develop much faster and our statehood will come to maturity. And it will be successful.
