The Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association has published its observers report about the day’s voting procedures. The report finds that the electoral environment has been largely peaceful, but has been marred by a handful of problems.

“People who have already had their fingers marked are voting again, problems regarding the process of marking voters’ fingers [with ink], issues relating to the transfer of the ballot box and observers having their work hindered” - says the report.

GYLA added that they’ve logged 58 complaints and have made 53 remarks by 18:00.
