Georgia’s exported goods amounted to 2.4 billion USD in the first 11 months of 2017, according to Geostat, which is 27% more compared to the same period of 2016. Georgia’s main export was copper ores, which was 15% of overall exports.

Imports amounted to 7.1 billion USD in the first 11 months of 2017, which is 8.8% more compared to the January-November period of 2016. The negative trade gap (difference between imports and exports) amounted to 521 million USD in November 2017, which is 21% more compared to the same period of 2016.
