Saakashvili attends George W. Bush Center dedication ceremony


President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili attended the George W. Bush Presidential Center dedication ceremony in Dallas on April 25, as part of his working visit to the United States.

In his speech at the ceremony, George W. Bush said that one of his achievements during the presidency was to learn how to correctly pronounce the surname of Georgian president.

President Saakashvili also met with the NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen. During a joint dinner they discussed the prospects of Georgia’s NATO integration and recent developments in the country.
