Ingredients:

For fried vegetables:

10 grams vegetable oil

20 grams onion

300 grams mixed vegetables (mushrooms, peas, corn, red Bulgarian pepper, white and green broccoli)

Lettuce

1 clove of garlic

Delicatessen spice

Salt

Pepper

For fresh vegetables:

100 grams lettuce

1 medium tomato

1 medium cucumber

20 grams peas

20 grams corns

30 grams onion

20 grams mushrooms

20 grams capers

10 grams vegetable oil

Salt

Pepper

Total cost: 8 Lari

Serves Two

 

Preparation:

Fried vegetables:

1. Cut vegetables into small pieces.

2. Heat oil in deep pan and sauté cut vegetables, sprinkling with salt, pepper and delicatessen spice.

3. Remove onto plate and decorate with lettuce.

 

Fresh vegetables:

4. Cut lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and mushrooms and mix together.

5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, capers; add peas and corn.

6. Decorate fresh vegetables with lemon and olives and serve together with fried vegetables.
