Cold Matsoni Soup

Ingredients

• 2 medium-size potatoes

• 2 medium-size cucumbers

• 2 eggs

• ½ liter of matsoni (Georgian yoghurt)

• 150 grams of sour cream

• 50 grams of coriander

• 50 grams of mint

• Green tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste

Total cost: 7 Lari

Serves Four

Preparation:

1. Boil potatoes and eggs until cooked well.

2. Cut potato, eggs and fresh cucumbers into cubes and put into blender.

3. Add sour cream, matsoni, tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to vegetables in blender.

4. Blend and serve cold.
